Mindful Walking

The 3 sessions will be walking at slow pace, with the intention to be present.

Within the florishing forest, we will focus on being aware of what’s happening within us and within our surrounding, without following our thoughts.

A continuation of the practice of meditation, in motion, in the outdoors.

Maxime and Béatrice will be guiding the walks.

The routes and rhythms will be adapted according to the group.

Béatrice is a practicioner and teacher of Aghan Walking.

It is a practice based on breathing exercises performed in motion. We will explore presence, energy flow, and even the improvement of our lung capacity.

Yoga

It is the embodiment of mindfulness in movement.

Yoga will assist us in readying the mind and body to maintain stillness during Zazen and to experience flow during our runs.

The yoga sessions will be led by Rosa, a zen practicioner at Kanshoji, who has studied yoga in India and has been teaching it for over 10 years.

She operates her own yoga studio near Kanshoji.
