The 3 sessions will be running at slow pace, with the intention to be present.
Within the florishing forest, we will focus on being aware of what’s happening within us and within our surrounding, without following our thoughts.


A continuation of the practice of meditation, in motion iand outdoors.
Maxime will be guiding the runs.
Starting with some mobility and warm up movements, we will then intersperse the runs with breaks to set intentions.
The routes and rhythms will be adapted according to the group.

It is the embodiment of mindfulness in movement.
Yoga will assist us in readying the mind and body to maintain stillness during Zazen and to experience flow during our runs.
The yoga sessions will be led by Rosa, a zen practicioner at Kanshoji, who has studied yoga in India and has been teaching it for over 10 years.
She operates her own yoga studio near Kanshoji.
