Before the sun begins to cast its first rays over the horizon, you join the community of Zen practicioners in the predawn darkness for Zazen, the cornerstone meditation of Zen practice.

With each inhalation and exhalation, you delve deeper into the stillness within, embracing the present moment with unwavering attention.

After the meditation session, the monastery comes to life with the sounds of chanting and the aroma of incense, a symphony of reverence echoing through the halls.

Amidst the serenity of monastic life, there lies an unexpected joy in the simple fact of existing.

You then embark on daily trail runs through the surrounding forests, the rhythmic pounding of your footsteps harmonizing with the heartbeat of nature. At a gentle pace, breathing through the nose, we will alternate moments of focus on the body, on our surroundings, and moments of relaxation.

As you traverse the winding paths, surrounded by towering trees and the song of birds, you find a profound sense of connection to the earth beneath your feet and the vast expanse of sky above.

Yoga sessions help you connect these experiments of stillness and movement. It prepares the body to maintain a seated position for tens of minutes. It calms the mind for the forthcoming concentration.

In these moments of movement and meditation, you discover a profound sense of freedom and liberation from the constraints of the mind.

Whether sitting in silent meditation, engaging in mindful work, or finding solace in the beauty of nature, you will experience a profound sense of peace and clarity that permeates every aspect of life.
